Terms & Conditions — SWB77

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Member", "Player", or "You") and SWB77 (hereinafter referred to as "swb77", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the swb77 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, promotions, and all associated services made available through the domain swb77.cam and any of its sub-domains.

By registering a player account, accessing any page of the swb77 platform, or placing any wager, you unequivocally confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Member on the swb77 Platform, through which all gaming, wagering, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds currently held in a Member's Account, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Member's Account pursuant to any active promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Games" means all casino products available on the Platform, including but not limited to slot machines, live dealer games, table games, instant win games, and virtual sports.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by swb77 prior to approving withdrawals or during any compliance review.
• "Platform" means the swb77 website, mobile web interface, and all associated services available through swb77.cam.
• "Sportsbook" means the sports betting service available on the Platform, covering football (including Liga Super Malaysia and the English Premier League), UFC, cricket, and other markets.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

To register and maintain an Account on swb77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. swb77 strictly prohibits access by anyone under the age of 21, without exception.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, and that you bear sole responsibility for verifying and complying with your local legal requirements.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or close family member of a person employed by swb77 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with swb77 or any partner responsible gambling programme.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a business, intermediary, or proxy for any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal incapacity that prevents you from entering contracts, you must not register.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on swb77 at any given time. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

You will be required to provide, at minimum: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred currency (MYR). swb77 reserves the right to require additional documentation at any stage of the Account relationship.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any point during an Account review, swb77 may require you to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian IC / MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming e-wallet or bank account details match the Account holder).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by swb77 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. swb77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify swb77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

All financial transactions on swb77 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). swb77 accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum single deposit amount is RM20 unless otherwise specified in a promotion.
• swb77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider may impose transaction charges for which swb77 accepts no liability.
• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• swb77 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks and may request supporting documentation before crediting unusually large deposits.

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder.
• All outstanding KYC requirements must be satisfied before any withdrawal can be approved.
• swb77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for standard requests during operating hours; however, processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• swb77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse is suspected.

All transactions are denominated in MYR. swb77 does not currently offer multi-currency Accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Member through their payment provider are the Member's sole responsibility.

swb77 offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which supplement and in cases of conflict prevail over these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance or any winnings derived therefrom can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
• One Account per Household: Bonus offers are limited to one per household, shared IP address, shared device, and per individual. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through the creation of additional Accounts constitute prohibited conduct.
• Birthday Bonus: The Birthday Bonus is awarded to eligible members based on their verified VIP tier status (Bronze: RM188 / Silver: RM388 / Gold: RM888 / VIP: RM2,688). Full specific terms are published in the promotions section.
• Referral Bonus: Referral bonuses of RM38 per successful referral are subject to the referring Member's Account remaining in good standing. The referred Member must complete registration and a qualifying first deposit.
• swb77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any Member found to be abusing promotional offers.

All bets placed on the swb77 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

swb77's Sportsbook covers football (including the Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, and other domestic and international competitions), UFC, cricket, e-sports, and other markets. The following general betting rules apply:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Accidental bet placement does not entitle a Member to a refund.
• In-play betting odds reflect market conditions at the time of bet placement. swb77 does not accept liability for odds displayed due to system or feed errors.
• swb77 reserves the right to void any bet or settlement where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• Match or event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment rules are governed by the current sports-specific rules available in the Help Centre.

Games are provided by independently certified third-party studios whose RNG systems have been verified for statistical fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session.

Live dealer game results are determined by physical outcomes (cards dealt, roulette wheel spin, etc.) observed and confirmed by the dealer. In the event of a disconnection mid-hand, swb77 will endeavour to resolve the outcome based on game logs; however, swb77 cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity and accepts no liability for losses attributable to the Member's internet connection.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the swb77 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the facilitation of any criminal activity;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games, place bets, or exploit promotions;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in relation to games or sports markets;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such issues to support immediately;
• Abusing the bonus system through pattern wagering, arbitrage strategies, or any method designed to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's code, content, or game software;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, harms, or interferes with the Platform or the experience of other users.

All content on the swb77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of swb77 or its duly licensed third-party providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of swb77.

Game titles, artwork, and mechanics displayed on the Platform remain the intellectual property of their respective game studio providers. swb77 makes no claims of ownership over third-party game content and uses such content under valid commercial licence agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, swb77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses, including losses attributable to technical faults, connectivity issues, or software errors;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment service providers;
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any part thereof;
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality;
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or content published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.

swb77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a specified timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Reasonable suspicion that a Member is below the minimum age of 21;
• Where required to do so by law, a regulatory authority, or court order;
• Where a Member has requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling Policy.

Upon Account closure, swb77 will return any verified real-money balance to the Member via the Account's registered payment method, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to swb77 and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds. Closure does not prejudice either party's accrued rights or obligations.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

swb77 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic, and we maintain a comprehensive suite of player protection tools available to all Account holders.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time.
• Session Limits & Reality Checks: Members may configure session time limits and periodic reality check notifications.
• Cooling-off Period: Members may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

swb77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein. Your personal data will be used for Account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gambling monitoring. swb77 does not sell personal data to third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which swb77 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — that cannot be resolved through swb77's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction's dispute resolution framework.

For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not constitute a submission to Malaysian law or to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts, and swb77 does not represent that the Platform is lawful, appropriate, or available for use in Malaysia or any other specific jurisdiction. Malaysian players participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own compliance with local laws.

swb77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Where practicable, swb77 will endeavour to notify registered Members of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure.
